These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Reskill, including online courses, short trainings, learner accounts, payments, learning materials, certificates, communications, and related support. By creating an account, registering for a training, buying a course, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and consent to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate account information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
2. Courses, Trainings, and Access
Reskill offers self-paced courses and short trainings. Training access, meeting links, learning materials, locked PDF slides, recordings, quizzes, certificates, and survey links may be limited to registered or paid learners. We may update training schedules, facilitators, materials, or delivery details where reasonably necessary.
3. Google Forms and External Services
Some pre-training and post-training surveys are completed through Google Forms or other external tools. When you open an external survey, your responses may also be handled under that provider's terms and privacy practices. Only submit information that is accurate and appropriate for the training.
4. Payments and Orders
Paid courses and trainings must be paid through the supported payment options shown at checkout. Payment references, order details, and transaction status may be stored so we can confirm access, resolve support issues, and keep financial records. We do not ask you to share card PINs or passwords with us.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds, if available, are handled case by case depending on the product, training status, payment confirmation, attendance, and whether learning materials or recordings have already been accessed. Contact us as soon as possible if you paid but your order still appears as pending.
6. Learner Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt trainings, share restricted materials with non-registered users, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass access controls.
7. Intellectual Property
Course and training materials, slides, recordings, quizzes, certificates, designs, and platform content belong to Reskill, facilitators, or their licensors unless stated otherwise. Your registration gives you personal learning access only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post restricted materials without written permission.
8. Certificates
Certificates may be issued after the applicable completion requirements are met. We may verify certificate records and revoke certificates issued because of error, fraud, chargeback, or misuse.
9. Communications
We may contact you about your account, courses, trainings, payment status, certificates, support requests, and relevant learning opportunities. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential marketing messages.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable learning services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific career, business, academic, or financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reskill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Reskill after changes means you accept the updated terms.
