- Learning records such as enrollments, training registrations, attendance-related records, quiz attempts, progress, assignments, certificates, and completion status.
- Payment and order records such as order numbers, transaction references, payment status, amounts, currency, coupons, and product purchased. Card or mobile-money credentials are handled by payment providers, not by Reskill.
- Training support data such as messages sent through contact forms, bulk email audiences, and support communications.
- Technical data such as device/browser details, session data, logs, IP address, and usage activity needed to secure and operate the service.
2. Google Forms and Survey Data
Pre-training and post-training surveys may be provided through Google Forms. When you complete those forms, your responses are submitted through Google and may be visible to the training team for evaluation, reporting, certificate decisions, and improving training quality. Do not include sensitive information unless the form clearly asks for it and you are comfortable providing it.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage learner accounts.
- Process registrations, orders, payment verification, course access, training access, and refunds.
- Deliver lessons, sessions, slides, recordings, quizzes, surveys, certificates, notifications, and support.
- Communicate about training logistics, learning progress, platform updates, and relevant learning opportunities.
- Improve course content, training design, learner experience, security, and reporting.

4. Consent and Lawful Processing
By creating an account, submitting forms, registering for trainings, buying courses, or contacting us, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described in this policy. Where processing is needed to deliver a service you requested, comply with legal obligations, secure the platform, or resolve a dispute, we may process information on those lawful grounds as well.

We may share limited information with facilitators, administrators, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics or support tools, certificate verification services, and survey providers where needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including learner records, certificate verification, financial records, support history, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. We may anonymize or aggregate information for reporting and service improvement.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should keep your password private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on applicable law, including Kenya's data protection framework, you may have rights to be informed about how your data is used, access your personal data, request correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use some learning or training features.
9. International and Third-Party Processing
Some tools used to operate Reskill, such as payment processors, email systems, hosting services, or Google Forms, may process information outside Kenya. We use these services to operate the platform and deliver training services.
10. Children's Privacy
Reskill is intended for learners who can lawfully create an account and consent to these terms. If a minor uses the service, a parent, guardian, school, or sponsoring organization should provide the required consent and supervision.
11. Marketing Communications
We may send learning updates or marketing messages about relevant trainings and courses. You may request to stop receiving non-essential marketing emails. Service messages about your account, payments, access, or security may still be sent.
